A celebration of the handmade and artisanal in a series of interventions by local smiths at the gallery.
The first installation sees the opening of Sydney's first Jewellery and Gelato Bar.
Enter Nikky Tsang - Gelatosmith!
In 2010 The Sydney Morning Herald awarded Nikky The Young Achiever in Food Award for his work at the famed Lindfield Gelateria, Gelatiamo.
Now based in Surry Hills, Nikky is one of countless local Smiths we admire for their passion and commitment to refinement. His signature flavours such as Coconut & Red Bean, Fig Pannacotta and Nocciolina (a salty peanut base with caramel and chocolate swirl) have all made an appearance... and are already attracting a cult following.
The Pop-up Jewellery and Gelato bar will be open late Thursdays-Saturdays during the festive season to aid in those last minute Christmas present selection.....
